The International Film Festival The Hague (IFFH)* is a celebration of independent cinema, providing a platform for emerging talent and underrepresented voices since 2018. Established as a philanthropic initiative under the aegis of Avnish Rajvanshi Productions, the festival has evolved into an independent not-for-profit foundation, Stichting International Film Festival The Hague.
The festival is primarily managed by a dedicated team of passionate volunteers committed to supporting independent filmmaking and cultural activities. Our judges and jury include experienced professionals from cinema and theatre, along with respected cinephiles from different countries who bring diverse perspectives and expertise to the selection process. Each year, IFFH receives several hundred film submissions from around the world, which are carefully reviewed and curated through a rigorous evaluation process.
Since its inception, IFFH has successfully organised seven editions and grown into a reputable international film festival, known for its commitment to independent filmmaking, cultural diversity, and the promotion of next-generation filmmakers. The 8th edition of the festival is scheduled to take place from 13–15 November 2026.
